These beautiful beings are the reasons I do what I do.

When I was told at 22 years old that I`d never be able to conceive without medical intervention, I was crushed. Getting pregnant was something I knew I wanted to do someday and I was filled with grief about my PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) diagnosis.

After grief, I felt anger (why was this happening?!), followed by curiosity and determination (why was this happening and what could I do about it?!).

I discovered that I could actually do a lot about my current PCOS symptoms and hoped that it would also change my future fertility.

I won`t lie and say that it was easy, but by using acupuncture, herbal medicine, and lifestyle, with lots of support along the way, my symptoms and fertility began to shift.

When I was ready to get pregnant, I was able to do so without medical intervention, and more importantly, to have healthy pregnancies.
