Why Our Natural Approach to PCOS Is So Effective
We Focus on the Root Cause
We dive deep to find the root imbalance that is leading to your PCOS. By starting with an in-depth health history and utilizing the unique diagnostic paradigms of Eastern Medicine, we can find the root cause and address those areas head-on. Your body already knows how to regulate your hormones and menstrual cycles and our treatment plan will be the gentle reminder that brings it back in sync.
Our Holistic Tools Give You Control Of Your Hormones
With the right tools, you can bring your hormones back into balance and ditch all of those frustrating and painful PCOS symptoms. Acupuncture and personalized herbal protocols work together to bring hormones back into balance and unlock your body’s innate healing capacity. We will also give you simple nutrition and lifestyle shifts that will give you the control to regulate your hormones and fertility long-term.
We Know You’re Tired of Band-Aids
We know that what you’ve been offered up until now feels like a band-aid. The medications may help one symptom but cause another. The side effects of the ‘treatments’ are often worse than the symptoms they’re supposed to treat. And when you decide to start a family, the whole cycle just gets worse. You want to get off the hamster wheel of quick-fixes and truly heal. And that’s exactly what we do.

Common Questions
How does acupuncture help with PCOS?
Acupuncture effectively balances hormones and improves ovarian health. Women receiving acupuncture have more regular ovulation and cycles, more balanced metabolism, and fewer fertility challenges. (see this study) (and this study)
How often and for how long do I need to come for treatment?
With a deep-rooted issue like PCOS, we typically want to see clients for 3 cycles. You’ll start to feel changes long before that, but it can take a few cycles to get all of your hormones and symptoms fully stabilized. We can give you our best recommendations for your situation at a free consultation.
I am planning to start a family soon. Can you help with that too?
Absolutely. Whether you’re just started to try to conceive or have been trying for a long time, we can support you. Having balanced hormones and being in the best health possible is one of the best things you can do to improve your fertility.
Will any of your treatments interfere with treatments my doctor prescribes?
We work very hard to ensure that our sessions enhance the treatments your doctor prescribes, not interfere. We have worked with many women at various stages of Western fertility treatment and are always careful that what we recommend works with your doctor’s fertility treatment to increase your chances of conceiving.
Does acupuncture hurt?
No. The needles are extremely thin which makes acupuncture virtually painless. In fact, our clients love getting acupuncture and look forward to how relaxed and energized they feel after.
Is it safe?
Acupuncture has been used safely for centuries, and is extremely safe, especially in the hands of an experienced practitioner.
Do I have to spend a lot of time coming in and keep coming in forever?
Most clients are able to get the full benefit of treatment with hourly session once per week. We always keep our treatment plans as simple as possible without sacrificing effectiveness. We recommend that clients continue with regular treatment just until their condition has stabilized, not longer.
